You may update your personal account information with PPES at any time. However, you may not impersonate others or use someone else’s identity when modifying your account.

您可隨時修改個人 PPES 帳號資料，但不得假冒他人，或冒用他人名義。

 

Deletion of Personal Data 個人資料之刪除

 

You may request to delete your account and associated personal data at any time. Please note that backup systems may retain archived copies even after deletion, to prevent fraudulent or unlawful activities involving the use of PPES services.

您可隨時要求刪除您的帳號及內含的個人資料，在您刪除帳號及個人資料後，我們的備份系統仍可能保留其檔案備份，以避免利用 PPES 進行詐騙或違法行為。​

Disclosure of Personal Information

PPES will not sell, rent, trade, or transfer your personal information or communication content to any third party without your consent, except under the following circumstances or as required by law or government authority:

1. Any personal data or information you voluntarily disclose, such as posts or comments, may be copied or used by others.

2. PPES may disclose your personal information as required by law, or when necessary to defend legal claims, assert legal rights, protect the interests of PPES, prevent fraud, enforce our policies, or protect the legal rights, property, or safety of others.

3. With your consent, PPES may access detailed information related to your activity within your PPES account, including but not limited to traffic data and communication logs. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

4. In the event of a change in ownership of PPES, your personal data may be lawfully transferred to the new operator. If this results in the application of a different privacy policy, you will be notified in advance.

These may include important announcements, administrative messages, or legal notices (e.g., copyright infringement claims). You may not opt out of receiving these essential communications.
